New Reduced Fare Application – old application no longer accepted after July 15
A new Special Rider (reduced fare) application is now available for applicants seeking reduced fare privileges. The new application provides a list of professionals that are approved to complete the medical section of the application on behalf of their clients. It also provides more clarity regarding qualifying categories and individual eligibility. The new application is available for download from this website. It is located on the “Fares & Passes” page. Please note that any older formats of the reduced fare application will not be accepted after July 15, 2014.
