Golden Empire Transit District provides FREE rides
for cancer survivors to Relay for Life
theGolden Empire Transit District is excited to join Bakersfield’s Relay for Life! GET will provide free rides for cancer survivors and their caregivers/families to the Relay. There will be two pick up locations – Bakersfield College and Mervyn’s parking lot.
Bakersfield College Parking Lot
Mt Vernon and Panorama – Bus will pick up passengers at the west side of the parking lot
Pick ups will be at 7 and 8:30 AM.
The bus will leave the Relay to return to the parking lot at 12:30 and 1:30 PM
Mervyn’s Parking Lot
Bus will pick up passengers at the west end of the parking lot on California Avenue in front of tire shop
Pick ups will be at 7 and 8:30 AM.
The bus will leave the Relay to return to the parking lot at 12:30 and 1:30 PM.
