On-Demand Assist

On-Demand Assist to Take over CTSA's Service

On Demand Assist will operate as a low-cost subsidized transportation program for Seniors over 60 and Disabled individuals. Medically disabled individuals that qualify for GET On-Demand Paratransit service should be directed to that service.

Services are provided 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week. Transportation is provided for doctor appointments, senior activities, grocery shopping, and other essential trips. Users do not need to medically qualify as they do with Paratransit, however they do need to apply to use the service. Applications must be on file before trips can be reserved. If a rider has not applied, and they are in the zone, they will be directed to On-Demand Microtransit. If they are outside the On-Demand Microtransit zone, other suggestions will be considered.
