How does GET&go work?
GET&go is a rideshare subsidy program to make taking rides with Uber and Lyft more affordable for you.
The voucher is stored in your account, and will automatically be applied to qualified trips inside the zone and between our operational hours. The pass is good for 20 trips per month. The amount of trips will reset at the beginning of each month. The amount of vouchers, the amount of rides per month, and the voucher amount per ride is subject to change. Users who have not taken trips during the previous month may have their vouchers revoked to allow others to use the program.
Hours are:
Monday-Friday 6:30AM-11PM
Saturday-Sunday: 6:30am-8:00PM
GET&go is not applicable for Uber Eats or delivery apps.

The voucher code is good for up to 20 one-way trips on each provider, Uber and Lyft, per month.
Aside form the initial survey, GET will only be able to collect data on your name, phone number, and approximate location of trips.
As long as your trip begins and ends inside the zone, the voucher will apply to your trip. The voucher will automatically not apply to your trip if you begin or end outside the service area.
Anyone over 18 with an Uber or Lyft account in Metro Bakersfield can use the voucher.
Current GET Microtransit Reduced Fare customers were mailed out a separate voucher code worth up to $10 off your trip. Please call customer service if you have recently been accepted as a Reduced Fare customer. To learn more, click here.
ADA customers may continue to book rides in advance through GET-A-LIFT by calling our customer service line at 661-869-2GET (2438).
ADA customers who need a same-day ride can use the GET&go program as normal.
Paratransit rides are always $3.
