What is GET&go WAV?
GET&go WAV uses Golden Empire Transit District’s vehicles and drivers for wheelchair accessible rides. These rides are the same mileage-based fare structure as GET’s former Microtransit service. These rides are provided same-day to ADA qualifying riders. GET&go WAV rides are meant for Paratransit customers that need a same-day ride, or new ADA passengers who are not yet approved for GET-A-LIFT Paratransit. How do I book a trip with GET&go WAV?
Call 869-2438 to book a ride. Rides and wait times are subject to driver and vehicle availability.
How do I pay for GET&go WAV?
You can pay for your ride in cash with the driver (Please bring exact change, as the driver cannot make change) or with Token Transit. The customer service representative will let you know how much your fare will be. Fare is based on one-way trips only.

What is the difference between GET&go WAV and GET-A-LIFT Paratransit?
GET&go WAV is for customers who need a ride same day and a wheelchair accessible vehicle. GET-A-LIFT is a service run by GET for riders who are preapproved and have a valid ID and medical form on file. All GET-A-LIFT Paratransit rides are $3 each way.
